PAYMENT TERMS

Prior to beginning any works, Legal Navigator and the Client need to sign the Client Agreement. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, the Client Agreement, and the Privacy Policy, the Client Agreement shall prevail, control, govern, and be binding upon Legal Navigator and you, but only to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency.

The contract shall include the list of works we will provide, key responsibilities of the parties, timing and other important articles. The Contract will also include the amount of payment Legal Navigator will receive for the provided services and the corresponding payment procedures .
